1. Account Registration

To use PromptBatch, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account.

2. Services

PromptBatch allows users to upload CSV files and process AI-generated responses in bulk. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, the content generated by the Platform may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable. Users should review and verify all outputs before use.

3. Payment and Billing

• PromptBatch operates on a pay-per-use basis.
• Payments must be made via credit card. Charges will be applied at the time of each use.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the AI-generated outputs.

4. Acceptable Use

By using PromptBatch, you agree not to:

• Upload, share, or process content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including uploading copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access proprietary features of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could harm, disrupt, or impair its functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including its design, software, and content, are owned by PromptBatch LLC.

You retain ownership of the CSV files and data you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the content for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptBatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated responses.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptBatch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
