No Refunds Policy

All purchases made on PromptBatch are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you agree to these terms.

Rationale

PromptBatch services are rendered immediately after purchase, and AI processing cannot be reversed or undone. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for any of the following scenarios:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated results.
  • Errors in the content provided by the user (e.g., incorrect prompts or formatting).
  • Accidental purchases or overuse of the Platform.
